"From Zero to Code: My Tech Journey"

Welcome to my coding adventure, where I share my experiences, challenges, and lessons learned as a tech enthusiast. When I first started coding in college, I felt excited but also completely lost. I still remember staring at a simple "Hello, World!" program, wondering why such a basic thing required so many symbols! 🤯 I thought coding was just about writing lines of code, but soon I realized it was more about logic, problem-solving, and patience. However, my journey was far from smooth…

😵 The Struggles: From Syntax Errors to Self-Doubt My initial days were full of challenges:

❌ Spending hours debugging a missing semicolon.

❌ Watching tutorials but still struggling to write code on my own.

❌ Getting stuck in loops (both in coding and in my own thoughts).

I even questioned: "Is coding really for me?" But then, something changed

💡 The Turning Point: When Confidence Kicked In

One day, I decided to stop just watching tutorials and start building projects. My first project was a simple To-Do List app in Java, and it was a game-changer. I finally saw how code could turn into a real, working application. From that point on, I:

✅ Started solving DSA problems on LeetCode.

✅ Built small backend projects to apply my Java skills.

✅ Joined coding groups & communities to learn from others.

Lessons I Learned from My Journey:

Consistency beats motivation – Even 30 minutes a day makes a huge difference, Projects > Theory – Practical learning builds confidence, Ask for help – Tech communities and mentors speed up your learnin, Enjoy the process – Coding is frustrating, but also incredibly

My Goals & Advice for Beginner:

I’m now focused on improving my Java backend skills, mastering DSA, and preparing for placements. If you're a beginner, here’s my advice:

💡 Start small – Build simple projects before diving into complex ones.

💡 Don’t fear mistakes – Every bug teaches you something.

💡 Stay consistent – A little progress every day leads to big results.

Your tech journey will have ups and downs, but trust me, it’s worth it. Keep learning, keep coding, and most importantly, enjoy the journey!

Great roadmap! Learning through projects really makes a difference. I’ve just started with backend development—do you have any beginner-friendly project ideas for practicing Java and Spring Boot?
